Our annual Church Planters Retreat is a "family reunion" of sorts; it's a time to get refreshed, encouraged and equipped for that which God has called us. Come and join us and be part of this great time.

Our church family loves hosting pastors during the Church Planters Retreat. If you would like we can offer housing in one of our host homes from April 27th - April 30th. The deadline for housing requests is April 6th. If your plans have you arriving earlier or staying later you will need to make your own housing arrangements. Many of you have stayed with some of our church members before, if you would like to stay with the same family again just let us know during the registration process and we will do our best to make those arrangements for you.

Are you a Prospective Church Planter that was invited by SRC? If you are, we may want to schedule a proposal interview with our chuch planting board while you are here. Once you register we will contact you to let you know if an interview will be scheduled for you. Our spots are limited so register early to ensure an interview spot. Please do not make your return flight arrangements until you have heard from us.

DATE NIGHT IS SOLD OUT AT THIS TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!! Date Night is back this year!! Date Night will be SUNDAY night, April 30th. Once again we will be making reservations at some of the local hotels for you and your wife enjoy some quiet time together, just the two of you. If you choose to participate in Date Night keep this in mind when you are making your return flight arrangments. Hotel check-out is 12:00PM on Monday. Cut-off for reserving your spot for Date Night is September 6th. Any requests after that date will be on a space available basis. Date night is available for Current Church Planters, Alumni and Network Leaders only but there are limited number of rooms available.

Once again we will be offering a Gospel Boot Camp on May 1-2, 2017 right after the retreat. If you are a current church planter or prospective planter, and have not already taken the Gospel Boot Camp, we recommend that you attend this class. We will make housing arrangements for your extended stay during the Gospel Boot Camp. We expect the Boot Camp class to be completed by 4PM on Tuesday so please make your return flight arrangements with this in mind. Cut-off for reserving your spot for Gospel Boot Camp is April 5th. Unfortunetly, any requests made after that date we will not be able to provide housing. Gospel Boot Camp is available for Current Church Planters, Prospective Church Planters, Alumni and Network Leaders.

Our Reimbursement policy has changed a little bit this year please check it out before making any of your travel arrangements.
